PHYSIO FLEX PRO
Physio Flex Pro makes pharmaceutical strength supplements to support joint health and manage inflammation. The brand had science on their side but needed significant guidance when it came to marketing and customer retention. They reached out to SMA because they felt that their email program was stagnant and they were unsure of how to fully take advantage of email marketing.
The Strategy
First, we revamped Physio Flex Proβs pop-up form to help capture the interest of website visitors and incentivize them to subscribe to the brandβs email list. Steps taken include establishing separate mobile and desktop versions of these forms, plus designing unique pop-ups for new visitors and visitors exiting without signing up.
Our strategists then formulated a plan to implement behavior-based flows, identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities, and leverage the brandβs educational content to position them as experts in the field and build trust with their audience.
Next, we focused on dividing their rapidly growing subscriber base into groups with similar interests and needs. To do this, we created survey campaigns to collect data, which was then stored in each contactβs Klaviyo profile. Having this data allowed us to send specific, relevant content to subscribers based on their stage of life, background, and health concerns.
Last, we nurtured their subscription program. This included sending campaigns to highlight the benefits of subscribing, adding subscription pushes into flows, and creating cancellation flows to win back previous subscribers.
The Results
Fast forward 3 months and our efforts were clearly paying off. Email-attributed revenue was at an all-time high, having increased from 5% to 20%. Physio Flex Proβs subscriber base had grown by over 130% and subscriptions had increased by 128%.
The brandβs click rates and conversion rates were also substantially higher than industry average β our targeted content strategy was resonating with recipients and driving engagement to never-before-seen levels.
